Strelitzia Reginae 'Bird of Paradise'

The Strelitzia Reginae also known as 'Bird of Paradise' one of the most known tropical flowers which resembles a bird hence its name. They love to be planted in full sun but can tolerate partly shaded positions. The Birds of Paradise are usually planted in masses as feature plants in landscaping however they can be planted in containers. If you desire them indoors make sure they have a brightly lit space with direct sun, regular watering and warmth. Move them outside in the warmer months to increase survival. They like their soil to be moist in the warmer months and dryer in the cooler.
